Senior Manager - Bancassurance Sales - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
As an important part of Bancassurance distribution, Tele Sales/Tele is a channel of the strategic focus of the leadership.
The Channel leverages the existing customer base of Our Bank and helps the customers in purchasing insurance products tailored to their detailed requirements.
Job Roles & Duties of Bancassurance Sales Manager :
- Leads of Potential Consumer are assigned by our Banks as per the area
- To understand the consumer financial requirements and pitch and advise the policy products by calls
- Generate a Leads of Interested customers from sales departments and advise them on the benefits and advantages of the insurance products
- To Handle a Walking and Existing Customers of our Banks
- Build and sustain a relationship with existing customers and new bancassurance customers
What we are looking for Bancassurance Sales Manager :
- Qualification: Graduation in any stream
- Experience: Mini. 2 to 4 Years in Sales of Banking/Insurance/Broking or Investment Sectors
- Strong Presentations Skills
- Good Communication Skills
- Negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work under pressure
