Senior Manager - Bancassurance Channel - Sales - Insurance (1-4 yrs)
Post : Senior Banca Sales Manager
- Handling existing and new bank customers of our banking partners
- Generate a Lead of prospective customers from employees of the bank
- Build a relationship with managers and officers of our channel partners
- Provide pre and post-sales support to customers and employees of partners
- Help your team to close the leads into sales
- Identify the customers' financial requirements and suggest a suitable insurance policy
- Secure business of life insurance through assigned banking/broking partners
Candidate profile :
- Any Graduate
- Communication skills and open market knowledge
- Need minimum 1 years' experience in any sales and marketing with Experience letter/Reliving letter with Experience letter/Reliving letter
- Ability to train and guide the sales team
- Local candidate with a good local network
