Senior Manager - B2C Sales (8-12 yrs)

Educational Qualification : The candidate should be MBA/PGP/PGDM/Exec. MBA or an equivalent graduate from a premier B-School.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Get involved with the key strategic decision making of the organization as a business partner and help lay down B2C sales roadmap for future business growth.

- Designing strategies and plans to promote the retail sales for the organization.

- Managing channel partner relationships.

- Building systems to manage sales of channel partners and establish guidelines/norms for MRP, discount structure, margins, inventory, lead times, credit etc.

- Managing relationship with all the Interior Designers and Architectures (IDA) that are critical for our business growth.

- Develop and deploy policies governing all aspects of retail sales for the Channel Partners including the selection of channel partners.

- Develop and deploy effective Channel Incentive Schemes to grow business and channel loyalty.

- Achieving sales targets set by the company for Retail, E-Commerce, IDA etc.

- Business development & creation of new demand for the channel to sustain profitable growth of the retail business.

- Developing new offerings for the Retail including bundling and Retail Packaging.

- Designing strategies to boost up the sales in various stores of the organization.

- Spearheading the formulation of Online Sales Strategy. The strategy formulation will take into account the best practices to boost up sales on E-Commerce platforms.

- Lead with visualization of web spaces for brand positioning, product display, social messaging, new product launch, schemes/offers, mailers, stickers, RSS feeds as per customer segmentation

- Develop/maintain relationships with sales platforms and catalysts at regional, national and global levels for facilitation and sales promotion purposes

- Institute a system to monitor and analyze E-Commerce Sales traffic, customer inquiries, customer preferences, selections, experiences, delight, satisfaction levels etc.

- Work in coordination with the marketing team to boost up the sales process.

- Be the adviser to the Directors as a specialist in retail sales.
