Field Global is seeking an Sr. Manager / AVP Sales to join our dynamic Global Sales Operations Team.

Professionals from Market research industry are preferred with 7+ rich experience in Sales/Business Development and Client Servicing.

Key responsibilities :

- Responsible to achieve Monthly Sales Revenue Target of $96000 (Individual and Team)

- Daily 35 Call Count (Connects with new prospective clients and Follow ups) and 25 Email counts to be send on Daily basis including Follow ups. (For 3 months only)

- Responsible for setting up 2 positive appointments on daily basis.

- Generating 12 RFQs on monthly basis. RFQs should be from new clients.

- Responsible to conduct 15 Meeting monthly (20 mins presentation) with the clients via webinar or face to face.

- Submit timely and accurate activity reports via SalesForce and maintain an effective sales funnel to track opportunities.

- Seek, Qualify and Acquire new clients through initial phone meetings and prospecting.

- Build customer-specific acquisition strategies that include opportunity sizing, penetration strategy, customer wiring plans, customized product offering, pricing and deal terms.

- Develop expert knowledge of the product portfolio and where it fits in the market research process

- Ensure effective sales strategy and tactics for territory accounts. This includes the development of annual account plans for all Business Development Managers and Executive include portfolio sales of FieldGlobal product line to existing client base, utilizing multi-functional groups within FieldGlobal to win sales and educate clients on proper sampling techniques, and face-to-face visits with client decision makers as appropriate.

- Maintain an open dialogue with FieldGlobal's strategic clients through face-to-face meetings, virtual meetings, and the Annual Relationship Survey Process.

- Maintain strong presence in the industry through active membership and function attendance for industry professional organizations.

- Timely submission of bids and follow ups to win the business.

- Become a member of the Regional MRA and attend and represent the Company at activities and functions.

- Stay abreast of industry news and trends.

- Communicate critical developments to sales and organizational stakeholders.

- Respond to escalated client concerns and work with stakeholders including Operations, Finance, Access and Engagement.

- Deliver quarterly and annual goals for India, UK and US within an assigned territory.

- Provide weekly, quarterly and annual forecasts for territory as well as detailed plans to enhance pipeline.

- An overview of projects, monitoring project management milestones, job profitability, and escalating issues with Management.

- Deal with queries raised by existing and new clients.

- Obtain a brief from the client to ensure that the complete details of the project are noted and understood.
