Senior Manager/Associate Director - Sales - eLearning (10-20 yrs)
Eligibility :
- Candidate must have worked in a Sales role for the international market ( preferably US)
- Candidate must have experience in Sales of Elearning products for at least 2 years.
Responsibilities :
1. Driving sales objectives and achieving commercial budget and targets
2. Identifying, building and nurturing client relationships
3. Communicating with clients' to understand their needs and brainstorm ways to fulfil them
4. Building a high performing team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance
5. Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders
6. Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor analysis
