Job Description :
1. Call dropout students and call them and their parent for counseling.
2. Listen patiently and understand the concern of the Student/Parent for dropout.
3. Follow up regularly with Student/Parent to retain them.
4. Discuss with Centre Operations Manager / HOD (Head of Department) and also provide solution if possible to retain the student.
5. Have House call fixed to meet parents.
6. Achieve Retention Target.
7. Proper Daily Student Wise Report.
