Senior Key Account Manager - Sales - Corporate Salary - Bank (5-10 yrs)
Company Overview : Our client is a prominent leading Bank, with a strong presence in the banking sector. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior/Key Account Manager to join their Corporate Salary team in Bangalore. This role involves managing a team of Account Managers and building strong relationships with key corporate clients to ensure their satisfaction.
Job Title : Senior Key Account Manager - Corporate Salary
Reporting Relationship : Reports to Location Head
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of 5-6 Account Managers, providing guidance and support to achieve collective goals in the Corporate Salary department.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all matters concerning the employees of corporates mapped to your portfolio.
- Build and nurture trust-based relationships with key corporate clients, ensuring their loyalty to our bank and minimizing the risk of turning to competitors.
- Drive the acquisition of new corporate relationships and open salary accounts for their employees.
- Expand relationships with existing customers through engagement activities and cross-selling appropriate financial solutions.
- Ensure regular salary credits in all salary accounts sourced from corporate clients.
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets for salary accounts and cross-sell products.
- Adhere to KYC guidelines and follow the bank's processes diligently to maintain compliance and high service standards.
Job Requirements :
- Possess strong business acumen with a focus on corporate sales and service excellence in the Corporate Salary domain.
- Demonstrate a proactive and energetic approach to driving corporate salary initiatives.
- Display a sales-oriented mindset and determination to achieve defined targets.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to effectively engage with corporate clients.
- Confident, collaborative, and a team player, promoting a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with KYC, service quality, and audit norms as per the bank's policies.
- A graduate with 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in Corporate/Institutional Sales with a specialization in Corporate Salary.
