Senior & Junior Business Developer - Electricals (5-12 yrs)
We are hiring Urgently for Business Developer (Senior and Junior)
Graduate in Science / Engineering/ Diploma / Architect/ Interior Designer
5 -10 years (Of which last 2 years must be in Lighting company)
- The position is mainly a Business Development role which needs relationship and good contacts with top Interior Architects/ Designers, EPC Contractors, Electrical Consultants & Lighting Designers
- Creating category awareness of smart lighting
- Generating business of Smart LED products by structured engagement with Interior Designers & Architect, builders, in home and related spaces (home, SOHO, HORECA), & support direct leads
- Ability to connect, establish relationship with A class Architects & Interior designers besides B class Interior Designers & Architects
- Activation in large condominium- s/ Clubs/ malls
- Relationship with Developers (Building)
- Structural engagement would entail (but not limited to), planned visit cycle to targeted Designer/builders/ direct leads to show demo, probe and generate leads & fina conversion
- Transferring leads to channel and support in closure, implement channel & marketing initiatives
- Team Management both on roll & off roll promoters
