Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team at a high-end jewelry retail store. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional experiences for our discerning clientele. Your passion for luxury jewelry and dedication to providing personalized service will contribute to the success of our store and ensure the utmost customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Engagement and Relationship Building : Welcome and engage with customers in a warm and professional manner, building rapport and establishing lasting relationships. Understand clients' preferences, needs, and occasions to offer tailored recommendations and enhance their shopping experience

Product Knowledge and Expertise : Develop a comprehensive understanding of our high-end jewelry collections, including materials, craftsmanship, and design details. Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to provide accurate and insightful product information to customers

Sales Achievement : Meet or exceed sales targets by actively promoting products, cross-selling, and upselling. Utilize your sales skills and product knowledge to provide exceptional service and create a sense of exclusivity and luxury for customers

Customer Service Excellence : Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by delivering personalized service, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing after-sales support. Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the store

Visual Merchandising Support : Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to maintain an aesthetically pleasing and organized store layout. Assist with product displays, ensuring that they reflect the brand image and highlight the unique features of each piece

Events and Promotions : Participate in special events, trunk shows, and promotional activities to attract new customers and engage existing clients. Actively contribute to the planning and execution of these initiatives

Inventory Management : Assist in inventory control and management, including stock replenishment, pricing, and conducting regular stock counts. Ensure accurate and efficient handling of jewelry pieces and maintain proper security measures

Knowledge of Market Trends : Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the luxury jewelry industry. Provide feedback to the management team on market insights, customer preferences, and potential opportunities

Team Collaboration : Collaborate effectively with the store team, including fellow sales associates, managers, and other departments, to achieve collective goals. Share product knowledge and sales techniques, contributing to a supportive and cooperative work environment

Requirements :

- Previous experience in luxury retail sales, preferably from a high-end luxury flagship store

- Strong passion for luxury jewelry and a keen eye for design and craftsmanship

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse clientele

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage customer inquiries, sales transactions, and paperwork

- Professional demeanor, integrity, and discretion when dealing with high-value products and confidential customer information

- Knowledge of precious stones, metals, and jewelry care is an asset

- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
