Senior Internal Systems Professional - Presales - IT (5-14 yrs)
Development of techno-commercial proposals for all customers
- Review of enquiry/ bid documents / RFQ from sales team or customers.
- Preparation of Summary document including hardware, terms, exceptions and discrepancies for bid/no bid decisions. Resolution of proposal related queries with client/sales.
- Handling Process Control Automation Systems proposals related to PLC / RTU / DCS / ESD / FGS which includes grass root project, Up gradation & Expansion Projects, Spares proposals, Services related proposals, Buyout systems related proposals.
- Sizing and selection of hardware and preparation of BOQ
- Costing of hardware, preparation of commercial proposal including payment & delivery terms, billing schedule etc.
- Preparation of technical proposal, data sheets and documentation package
- Resolution of post-proposal queries & post order queries.
- Provide technical solutions requiring integration with third party systems, prepare system architecture, liaise with other suppliers for buyouts specifications etc.
- Support front end sales team with preparing technical presentation for proposals.
- Diploma/Degree in Instrumentation/Electronics engineering.
- Excellent English communication skills are required.
- Experience with application engineering, selection and sizing of PLC / RU / DCS / ESD / FGS systems.
- Experience with Emerson Process Management systems will be preferred
- Should be familiar with commercial T&C's related to tender and RFQ documents
- Candidate with project execution experience will be preferred.
- Candidate should have system integration experience involving IT and Telecoms with Process Automation systems.
- Should be able to extract required information from tech documentation such as P&ID- s, Instrument data sheets etc.
