Senior Inside Sales Manager - Unified Communications (5-10 yrs)

Our client which offers unified communications solutions to businesses across all fields and across the Globe is looking to hire a Senior Inside Sales Manager in Bangalore. Headquartered in the UK, they have a strong presence in India.

They lead the field when it comes to providing communication infrastructure solutions and they specialize in providing innovative solutions which are customer specific and based on an in-depth analysis of specified customer needs, the short and long-term benefits of chosen technologies, and the benefits their customers can reap through the integration of chosen technologies into their existing business practices. Their solutions have revolutionized communications in more than 200 corporations in the UK and well over 500 corporations across the Globe.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the inside sales representatives team

- End-to-end ownership from Lead to Closure. (Prospects qualification, build & nurture the relationship to Sales conversion).

- Set and track sales targets for your team

- Build an open-communication environment for your team

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, including the ability to convey and relate ideas to others

- Recommending and implementing improvements to current sales practices and procedures as needed

- Ability to handle objections and educate prospects in a consultative manner

- Share insights from the existing sales conversion funnel and evaluate the performance of lead sources to - Marketing teams for bettering top of the funnel

- Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products

- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement

- Ensure sales, finance, and legal policies & procedures are met.

- Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements

- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts

- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales

Requirements and skills :

- Minimum 8-10 years experience in domestic sales development.

- Proven work experience as an Inside Sales Manager

- Prior experience in either domestic SaaS or UCaaS Sales is a must (UCaaS, Cloud Telephony, Contact Center - added advantage).

- Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Excel

- In-depth understanding of the sales administration process

- Excellent interpersonal and team management skills

- Strong analytical and organizational skills

- Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude

- Graduate/ Business Administration or relevant field
