- We are looking for a Senior Graphic / Video Designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media.

- To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles and layout techniques. You should also have experience executing marketing projects from conception to production, including websites, brochures and videos.

Responsibilities : 

- Band design, product design, web design

- Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services

- Increase user friendliness in digital products

- Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects

- Report to our regional marketing and ensure design deadlines are met

- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools

- Study design briefs and determine requirements

- Schedule projects and define budget constraints

- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements

- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas

- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand

- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic

- Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design

- Test graphics across various media

- Amend designs after feedback

- Create corporate pro videos using the technical tools such as adobe after effects

- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

- Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks

- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas

- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards

Additional Information : 

Requirements : 

- Proven graphic designing experience

- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics

- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)

- Proven video design / editing experience

- A keen eye for aesthetics and details

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

- Proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer or similar role-

- Portfolio of completed design projects-

- Hands-on experience with image editing software, like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator

- Proficient in design software (e.g. InDesign and Balsamiq)

- Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts

- Attention to visual details

- Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps-

- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team

- PREFERABLY: BSc degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field

Skills:

- Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills

- Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen

- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse technologies and techniques.

- Fluent English skills are essential.
