Our client, a leading D2C pet care brand, led by graduates from IIM-Lucknow, is on the lookout for a talented Senior Graphic Designer to elevate their creative endeavors. As the Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading and actualizing diverse design initiatives, fostering collaboration across teams, and nurturing the growth of junior design talents.

Role Responsibilities :

- Creating innovative designs concepts, graphics, and layouts for various marketing materials.

- Collaborating with the marketing team to align designs with brand objectives.

- Leading design projects from concept to completion, including ideation, storyboarding, and final execution.

- Brainstorming ideas and providing feedback within the creative team, and contribute to the overall creative direction of projects

- Staying updated on industry trends and sharing knowledge.

- Managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines, without compromising the quality of deliverables.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering their growth and development within the team.

- Collaborating with external vendors and agencies when necessary.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.

- 3-4 years of professional experience in graphic design.

- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, including both print and digital media.

- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other relevant tools.

- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

- Experience in video editing, motion graphics, or UX/UI design is a plus.
