- We are looking for a full-time Senior Graphic Designer to join our design team to support our clients and our internal marketing efforts; You should have a creative flair and be comfortable adapting your style to appeal to youth-orientated brands and more professional audiences. We are looking for candidates willing to Work from the office and commute to our office located at Andheri West, Mumbai on a regular basis. We appreciate candidates who are based in Mumbai or the Greater Mumbai region/willing to relocate to Mumbai and are willing to travel to our office to apply.

About the role :

- You will get the opportunity to work on various exciting projects, from creating assets for social channels to websites and branding. Here's a taster as to the types of things you will be working on :

- Social & marketing assets : We need you to deliver on-brand creative concepts that grab attention and get our clients noticed. From LinkedIn, Instagram to e-mail marketing, you will be comfortable delivering for the most popular digital formats.

- Stingers & video graphics : Creating animations and visuals for use across social channels,

- Branding & roll-out : We often get asked to create new brands for our clients and apply them to merchandise. If you have an interest and experience in branding, that would be a positive.

- Pitch & sales decks : Pitching for new work is a large part of what we do; we need decks that visually excite and get prospective clients wanting to work with us.

- Website updates : You can support our UI and UX teams by applying design styles across websites and apps.

- Managing a team of designers.

Desired Skill & Experience :

- Mandatory : Minimum 3 years of commercial (full-time agency experience is preferred) graphic design experience in an advertising/social media agency with excellent design sensibility.

- Qualification : Master/Bachelor in Design/Graphic design/Applied Arts or a degree related to design is highly preferable. Please note that candidates with other educational backgrounds with a passion for design with commendable design sensibility are equally encouraged to apply.

- Social media usage familiarity : FB, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, and Instagram - is necessary for this role.

- Proficiency with Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Indesign.

- Good knowledge in using Figma.

- The ability to work on animation software, and Canva is a plus. Motion graphics & video editing

- Not a must, but If you have experience creating motion graphics or editing video, tell us about it.

- Proficient and Strong in ideation & execution

- Positive attitude and a team player

- Good communication and presentation skills
