- As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brand. Your ability to think innovatively, stay updated with industry trends, and collaborate seamlessly with the team will be essential to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities :

1. Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends

2. Work as part of an internal team that is virtual and multi-disciplinary on projects of variable scope, and complexity.

3. Work within brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce a brand's style or voice through its visual touch points.

4. Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions to improve design capabilities.

5. Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams for a wide range of materials, including web pages, presentations, programming collateral, video, signage, internal communication, newsletters, and marketing materials.

6. Understand the role of design-based storytelling in team initiatives.

7. Help non-designers understand the visual possibilities and limitations of each project.

8. Maintain design best practices and contribute to improving team workflows.
