Senior Executive/Team Leader - Sales - Life Insurance (2-8 yrs)
Recruitment of a Sales Executive in the Agency Vertical for India's Leading Insurance Sector in the Gujarat Location
Duties and Job Roles:
- Creating and carrying out sales strategies to achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Expanding business through the creation of new relationships and leads
- Locating fresh business opportunities.
- Fostering commercial ties with clients, both present and future.
- Participating in networking events to draw and keep clients.
- Creating and implementing sales and marketing plans to expand a business.
- Maintaining and updating company development, marketing, and sales documents
- Helping with marketing and advertising initiatives.
Candidates Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in any stream
- Experience: Mini. 2 + Years in Sales and Marketing in BFSI/Investment/Pharma/NBFC/Telecom etc.
- Experience in managing and growing sales teams.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Enthusiastic to build good relationships with people.
- Ability to work well in a team environment
