Salary Range : 30k -40k+ Variable Incentive Variable Incentive: As per incentive slab

Shift Timing : 9 AM - 9 PM Working Hours: 8 hours+ 30 mins+ 30 mins

In Bound/Out Bound Process : Inside Telesales

Voice/Non-Voice (in % ): 100 % Voice

Work environment : 24- 6 Working days: 5.5d/w( Alternate Saturdays Off)

Desired Qualification: B.Com /Finance/Accounting certification/MBA/ or similar education

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

- Provide Demo of software to clients on remote

- To convince & follow up the clients for product sales

- Revenue generation through inbound & outbound calling

- 100 % Sales Target achievement

- Handle Sales pressure

Requirements :

- Hard core Sales Exp. In Tech sales/ Insurance / software selling / Accounting software preferred

- Direct Sales ( B2B & B2C sales)

Desired Skills:

- Sales and Service Skills: The customer is always right. You will need to be able speak in a friendly way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping to buy the product.

- Communication Skills: You will need to speak to customers about a product's different features, and answer any questions they might have and convince.

- Persistence: Not every customer is going to be a sale. So maintain high patience level.

- Knowledge of Accounting & GST compliances is desired

- Preferred knowledge of Tally/Busy/Clear tax/Marg/Tax Mann/ ZoHo/ Quick Books software
