- Undertake tour planning with the assigned head

- Visiting potential customers for new business

- Evaluate and appoint distributors in the allocated area

- Plan and undertake visit to customer location at a pre-defined frequency

- Assist sales team for establishing and developing all sales channels

- Conduct sales presentation and product positioning

- Understand customer requirement and provide product solution

- Ensure excellent visual merchandising at customer stores

- Capture orders and ensure fulfillment

- Monitor and ensure achievement of target

- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails

- Respond to all inquiries

- Assume primary role during company events and represent the brand

- Generate daily reports and customer analysis

- Gather market and customer information

- Update and manage customer database in CRM
