Job Description :
- Recruit New Agents.
- Coordinating with a team for transactional activities.
- Supporting agents for their Agent codes.
- Good relationship management with agents.
- Movement of existing agents within bands to ensure profitability.
- Conventions and campaigns are communicated and run effectively across the zone, Employee Productivity.
- 2 yrs to 5 yrs of experience as Sales / Business Development in Banking / Financial Services / Insurance mandatory.
- Candidates should have experience in hardcore sales.
- Candidate must be from General Insurance experience only.
- MBA Freshers.
