Looking for MBAs(Freshers Can Apply) with 1-3 years of experience from Real Estate industry (Builders and Developers or Channel Partner) for closing and sourcing profiles.
Required Candidate profile :
We are looking at candidates having excellent communication skills and pleasing personality. Has developed good product knowledge and ability to convince, negotiate and close the sales.
- Generating leads through various databases, Company Portal.
- Fixing appointments for Site Visit
- Perform outbound activities such as cold calling, lead follow-up, sales qualifications, and sales progression
- Accurately update and utilize CRM to forecast and track all sales activities.
- Meet and exceeds the quota of appointments.
- Meetings with Builder for the detailed quotation about the project offerings.
- Surveying about new Property on Site & ensuring about rates, discounts.
- Calling the customers & giving the details about flats, apartments in areas & Budgets.
- Convincing customers to book flats/Apartments.
- Assisting customers during site visits.
