Senior Executive - Sales - Musical Instrument Business (5-10 yrs)

Opening for Senior Executive Sales position based at Gurgaon Location. The details are given below :

1) Minimum 5 yrs experience in required

2) Should have good experience in Consumer Electronics/ Musical Instruments sales

3) Experience or knowledge in Wholesales Business would have added advantage

4) Forecast sales projections product-wise (volume & value across regions) for the entire year and break it down by quarter / month based on sales seasonality.

5) Prepare and assign yearly and monthly sales targets for each dealer, business partner/corporate client and category to the team members in an appropriate and timely manner. Communicate the plan to the team so as to ensure their ownership of the targets.

6) Maintain a regular interaction with dealers and business partners and ensure long term relationship building.

7) Ensure that all the advance payments are collected from the dealers as per agreed company norms

8) Submit periodic proposals on business improvement initiatives to the senior management. The proposals highlight the improvement areas and their specific plan of action on the same.
