Position : Senior Sales Executive

Location : Gujarat (Ahmedabad, Baroda, Surat)

Experience : 3-4 years of sales experience (BFSI experience will be an advantage)

Salary Range : 4-7 LPA

Incentives : Opportunities for 7-figure incentives

Primary Responsibilities :

- Increase distribution by onboarding new partners and expanding the LA (Life Advisor) base.

- Implement and promote the Pragati program.

- Create and manage SAP (System Applications and Products) and CAP (Career Agent Portal initiatives.

- Facilitate partner promotions.

- Ensure achievement of budgeted business targets.

- Maintain a minimum persistency rate of 85%.

- Meet CLA (Case Level Analysis) numbers.

- Implement initiatives to enhance partner income.

- Conduct periodic meetings with partners and Life Advisors (LAs).

- Provide comprehensive support to the agency with relevant reports and management information systems (MIS).

Educational Qualifications Preferred :

- Bachelor's Degree

External Relations : Build and nurture relationships with external partners and agencies.

Internal Relations : Collaborate effectively with internal teams and cross-functional departments.
