- We Are Looking for a sales executive to work in a competitive environment, we are hiring for our client. our client is a well-known life insurance provider and provides good career growth opportunity.
Roles And Responsibilities :
- Recruiting agents and providing regular training for selling insurance policies.
- Achieving the targets assigned and maintaining sound relations with the clients and agent.
- Achieving assigned PMS target through intermediaries mapped
- Licensing, tracking and activation of the agent.
- Maintaining sound relationships with the agents and provide regular product and process training to them.
- Playing the role of a problem solver and actively resolve issues and queries.
- Hold regular meetings with agents, Lead Providers, intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned and systematic manner.
Requirements Skills :
- Impeccable interpersonal skills.
- Friendly attitude & relationship Skills.
Candidate Requirement :
Age : 22 to 37 Years.
- Graduation in Any Stream.
- Minimum 2 Years in sales and Marketing
- Attractive Personality and good communication skills.
- One who ready for challenges.
- Candidate have stay in current location for more than 3 years.
