Role : Senior Sales Executive

Location : Hybrid Work model with the office being in Pune Maharashtra.

Qualifications :

- Any Graduate and/or MBA with marketing specialization is added advantage.

- 1+ year Direct sales and B2C sales experience and 2+ years in B2B Sales Management

- Excellent customer service skills and good product pitching and presentation skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Should be well groomed and pleasant personality.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, Power BI, Tableau, and sales software programs.

- Open for cold calls

- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities :

- Studying the details of projects and offerings, remaining abreast of updates to these projects.

- Call the Clients, understand their requirements and pitch necessary projects.


- Co-ordinate with developers team and fix site visits based on Client's convenience.

- Explain Client/s the project/s, pricing etc. and add value to their buying decision.

- Co-ordinate with clients & internal teams to close the booking formalities.

- Provide post sales service and co-ordinate with sales and legal teams on initial documentation of allotment letter and agreements.

- Cold calling as prescribed

- Hire, coach & develop a high-performance sales team needed to meet the growth targets of the organization.
