Role And Responsibilities :
- Ensure that consultants undergo proper training on product, regulations and other selling inputs
- Inculcate product as well as practical training to the advisors by accompanying them to client meetings.
- Guiding them on the sales funnel and achieving revenue targets.
Required candidate :
- Should be graduate
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in field sales
- Effective Time Management
- Good Communication Skills
- Ability to Work in a Team Leadership
- Fast Learner
Job Type : Full-time
Salary : 200,000.00 - 375,000.00 per year
