Senior Executive - Sales - FMCG (2-6 yrs)

Sr Executive-Sales-Hyderabad

PFA JD for the same : 

- Construct the Region Business Plan ( Annual/Qtr/Month) by markets and product category

- Stock and Input Planning (3 month rolling plan) by SKU)

- Monthly/Qtrly Results ( by category in value and profits)

- Brand Activity planning, costing & execution in sync with Brand plan

- New Channel Activation & Loyalty programme

- Credit Systems & control

- Optimization of marketing budgets

- Consumer trials, BTL market activity planning and execution

- Develop Institutional & new channels of Business

- Expand the new consumer base

- Identify new business opportunities, plan and implement

- Strike new business & distribution alliances to expand the consumer base & sales momentum

- Business Development

- Execution support to Biz Dev Execs/Sos

- Achieve the "Business Unit " monthly/qtrly objectives

- Operational Responsibilty - Revenue, Profits, Region's marketing, Customer Acquisition & Expansion
 
Desired Profile :

- MBA from good institute (desired)

- Age: 26 - 30 preferred.

- Has good category understanding and business foresight

- Experience & Knowledge :

- Total 2 to 6 years in FMCG sales (partly in F & B products preferred)

- And have had handled an area being incharge for a Metro market and/or of 2- 3 states

- Implemented innovative sales/mktg & experience to start up operations

- Widely travelled across urban markets with good understanding

- In Depth understanding and knowledge of the concerned Metro Market with Knowledge on Sales & Distribution

- Exposure to Gen Next product sales and lifestyle products

- Good Exposure to Modern retail, large format stores, institutions and service industry businesses

- Exposed to modern retail methods and promotions

- Core Sales Skills

- Multi-Channel knowledge and setting up capability

- Expert Sales Management, Planning Skills

- Commercially sound

- Team Builder

- Marketing oriented

- Leadership Qualities

- Entrepreneurial & practical in approach.
