Objective Of the Role :

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales & Business Development Leader to aggressively build its business, expand sales and clientele. Success will be defined on achieving significant compounded financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

The candidate will be the front of the company and should have the strategy to create and apply an effective sales strategy whose ultimate outcome is to position the organization as the Industry Leader. The hire will be responsible to develop a comprehensive sales strategy and execute the same. The hire will also track and report on the execution of the strategy across the organization. The candidate should be a dedicated professional and a strategic thinker who has a very broad understanding of real estate services and will assist in the overall management of a diverse portfolio of offerings and understand the unique needs of clients. The candidate will also build and nurture relationships within the broader community and with the various teams to create a flow of information across the company's operations and coordinating processes that help the organization become the No 1 in this Industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Develop a growth strategy focused development of a social media profile, financial gain and customer satisfaction while minimizing risks to the business. This would need the candidate to Produce and deliver a sales action plan which supports the company's strategic objectives, achieving sales targets and using initiative to take corrective measures as needed.

- Identify new market opportunities, taking the lead on constructing a robust and successful business proposal that secures new deals, contracts, and long-term relationships. Obtain support from senior business development management to finalise recommendations and negotiations strategy.

- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

- Create, develop, and exploit commercial opportunities to increase income through existing and potential new clients by targeting, initiating and developing long term business relationships.

- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients- objectives

- Prepare & deliver sales proposals and engage with clients till closure of the sales.

- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, receipts, outstanding dues etc.

- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.

- Develop a team and other junior staff into valuable salespeople

- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the company's portfolio and working knowledge of competitor products/services.

- Managing rights and obligations under the company's key commercial agreements and other regulatory bodies.

- Obtain customer feedback on service quality and share with management to continuously improve the business technology & operations

- Provides ad-hoc and on-going decision support to the management by engaging in data analysis, risk/return analysis, research, and market assessment activities for varying business scenarios.

- Maintain a high level of confidentiality throughout: on current business activities, short-long term plans, proposals under scrutiny and any other activity related to the business.

- Ensure areas of responsibility are delivered in a way that are consistent with the company's goals and financial-cost improvement plans.

- Monitor industry legislative developments, develop, and implement strategic changes in order to maintain compliance and maximize business performance.

- Develop and maintain an excellent rapport with key stakeholders such as clients, community organisations, regulatory bodies etc.

- Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events, demonstrations, and other related activities.

Candidate's Profile :

- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role. Industries preferred would be Real Estate and or Enterprise Software Sales

- Proven sales track record

- Experience in customer support is a plus

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)

- Proficiency in English

- Market knowledge

- Communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to build rapport

- Time management and planning skills

- Masters in business administration, sales or relevant field

- Looking for someone who can work from Pune / Bangalore and can start at the earliest.
