Senior Executive - Sales - Chemical (3-8 yrs)
Job Title : Sr. Sales Executive
- Operating Company (OPCO) Fosroc Chemicals (India) Pvt. Ltd.
- Reporting in - who does this position report to Business Development Manager Direct Reportees - positions that report to this role directly
Objective of the role :
- Achieve sales targets in the defined areas.
- Drive collections aggressively and explore the business potential to the maximum.
- Business development activities with A class tile contractors, swimming Pool contractors and Interior designers and Architecs.
Key Areas of Responsibility :
Essential :
- To Achieving the set sales and collection targets
- To closely interact with the concerned product segment Manager for all the Marketing activities for Portfolio utilization and expansion.
- To ensure business of Fosroc tiling solutions with close coordination with Spec team.
- To develop good and effective contacts with architects/Interior designers, tile contractors & swimming pool contractors for harvesting future business.
- To establish and maintain good rapport with Tile contractors, Interior fitout contractors, Pool contractors & Distributors.
Secondary :
- Doing site mock-ups and Pull out testing
Key Working Relationships :
Internal External :
- TAD PSM, Head sales and Marketing Manager - Customers, Consultants, Contractors
- Marketing, Technical, Production, QC and SOP - Distributors and Tile, Swimming pool, Interior contractors
- Knowledge/experience/skills/personal attributes
Essential Desirable :
1. 2 - 3 years of working experience in sales either in construction chemicals or Tile adhesive sales.
- Preferably short term Management course in Sales.
2. Good technical knowledge and previous experience in handling architects/Interior designers and contractors.
Education Qualification :
Essential : Graduate in Civil Engineering or Graduate.
Desirable/Preferred : Preferably short term Management course in Sales. Working knowledge in MS office
