Senior Sales Executive
1. Company : Leading private sector bank
2. Position : Sales Officer Current Account (CA) / Sales Officer Saving Account (SA)/ Bank Officer Corporate Salary (CS)
3. Qualification : Any Graduate / Post Graduate
4. Experience :
- Savings Account : Minimum 6 Months to 1 year of experience in any Banking sales, preferably Savings Accounts/Insurance Sales/ Brokerage firms/NBFC Sales.
- Current Account : Minimum 1 year of experience in Banking sales in Current Accounts only.
- Corp Salary : Minimum 1 year of experience in Corporate Salary only with Very Good comm. skills / MBA Fresher who are very good at communication and want to do sales
5. Candidate tenure with an organization should be at least 8 months and His /Her rating/incentives/performance should be consistent.
6. Maximum Age : 30 years
7. Mandatory : Two-wheeler with valid license & Local residence
8. Languages : English and Local language
9. Communications : Should have good Communications
10. Preferred Industry (If any ): NBFC/Home Loan
11. CTC Range (Minimum & Maximum ) : 2.5 to 5.0 Lakhs Per Annum
Incentive/Bonus :
- First 3 months fixed incentives of Rs.3000 irrespective of target
- Rs.3000 - Fuel Allowance
- Rs.360 - Mobile Allowance
- Based on the performance Hike in six months.
