Job Description :

1. Customer Interaction : Calling customers for collection of dues and bank documentation follow-up. Will need to understand customer profile and take decisions on the banking process

2. Bank Coordination : Maintaining rapport with banks/financial institution for the easy loan process, resolve loan queries, and speed up the disbursement process

3. Data Management : Maintaining all customer-related MIS, daily collection reports, inventory, etc.

4. Document Management : Maintaining all physical documents of customers on track

5. Customer Communication : Ensuring timely raising of demand letters, reminders, cancellation, and forfeiture notice to customers

6. Complaint Handling : Understanding and resolving customer complaints

Key Skills Needed :

1. Good knowledge of home loan processes and documentation

2. Knowledge of all property documents required at different stages from booking to registry like a welcome letter, allotment letter, BBA, TPA, PTM, etc and APF documents for project approval from banks

3. Good communication skills both verbal and written

4. Good management skills and ability to handle multiple responsibilities

5. Flexible and keen learner

6. Good command of Excel

CTC

1. Rs.4 lacs per year; negotiable based on competence

2. Performance-linked incentives paid monthly
