Senior Executive - Performance Marketing (4-6 yrs)

- We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Performance Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing our paid search and paid social campaigns, as well as having a working knowledge of other marketing channels such as CRM, Organic Social, Affiliate, and Influencers.

Responsibilities :

- Develop, implement and manage our paid search and paid social campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bidding strategies, and performance monitoring.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to optimize and improve ROI, and provide regular reports to the wider team.

- Building new campaigns across multiple Paid Social ad-platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest.

- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve campaign performance and user experience.

- Reporting and analysis to show the impact of work.

- Managing daily paid campaign spend to ensure optimum campaign performance.

- Constant optimization of campaigns to agreed revenue and ROI targets.

- Optimization include Campaign structure, keyword research, keyword management, keyword bidding, ad copywriting and testing, search content integration, related search strategies, landing page testing, and any other core capability required to maximise results, drive volume and hit targets.

- Make useful recommendations on how to develop paid strategy and the ways in which to implement these changes.

- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to marketing campaigns across all channels.

- Manage relationships with external agencies and partners to ensure effective delivery of campaigns and maximize results.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, and provide recommendations for new campaigns and strategies.

- Assist with other marketing activities such as email marketing, organic social, affiliates, and influencers as required.

Requirements :

- At least 4 years of experience in managing paid search and paid social campaigns, with a proven track record of achieving results.

- Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, Facebook Ads, and other relevant tools.

- Knowledge of best practices on creatives to support paid performance.

- Working knowledge of other marketing channels such as CRM, Organic Social, Affiliate, and Influencers.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to identify new opportunities and make data-driven decisions.

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
