We are hiring for Senior OEM Sales Executive at Ludhiana location
Position Title : Executive/Sr. Executive Sales
Reports to : Sales Head
Department : Sales & marketing
Division : OEM Sales
Qualifications, Age, & Skills :
MBA Sales & Marketing + B.Tech Mechanical
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales of technical products to OEM
- Age required of applicant should be minimum of 26 and not more than 35
- Should be confident, result oriented and able to work independently and well under pressure.
- Should have a go getter attitude
Job Purpose :
JOB BENEFITS: Compensation Offered: 4.5 Lacs to 6 lacs + Incentives
Job Descriptions For International Marketing :
- Analyze and identify opportunities to secure new businesses from OEM customer base and optimize profit and increase revenues.
- Design and implement new strategies to drive business growth in assigned sales market.
- Administer entire sales process identify target customers, push sales and complete sale process to manage OEM Sales.
- Manage OEM engagements to design strategies to acquire more business deals.
- Collaborate with engineering team to identify customer requirements for translating them into product specifications
- Driving internal and external communications.
- Hold meetings with clients and clearly communicate our company profile and offerings to them.
- Analyze market from time to time and present reports about the present & expected future scenario.
- Generate new quality customers
- Performs a variety of tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required

Internal : Logistics, Production, Quality, Dispatch, Finance & Accounts Team
External : Data Consultants, Customers, Buyers, Competitor Mapping Agencies
