Job Description :
Senior Executive (Modern Trade) - Handling - ABRL, Reliance, Hypercity, TESCO, DMart - Reporting Directly to KAM.
- Handling Off role team of Promotors, Merchindiser
- Chain Handling along with category management.
- Negotiating with National chains as well as regional chains.
- TOT, Business development & budgeting within the MIPs.
- Build and Manage relationship with channel at the regional and / or store level
- Develop and Manage channel, meet market share targets.
- Manage and build strong business relationships with all the key supermarket accounts.
- Consumer promotion / primary based scheme execution.
- Product Placement, In-shop branding.
- Operating trade schemes within the allotted budget in order to boost the sales numbers.
- Identifying demand generation activities and targeting new accounts.
- Supervising route operations, market scheming and reducing damages at the Go-downs
