Senior Executive - Marketing - Education (1-2 yrs)

Looking for a flexible and versatile marketer who will be responsible for the growth of our sales channels.

- Strategy Creation - Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about various platforms managed by SMCORPZ and drive qualified traffic and conversion of leads to generate traffic.

- Strategy Implementation - Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.

- Customer Acquisition - Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels - content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis, and much more.

- Customer Engagement - Produce valuable and engaging content for website and blog that attracts and converts target groups for SM CORPZ & different platforms associated with it.

- Tie-Ups - Build strategic relationships and partnerships with key industry players, agencies and vendors.

- Leadership - Be in charge of marketing budget and allocate/invest funds wisely.

- Analytics - Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.

Skill(s) required:

- Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels.

- Able to quickly understand & run the associated businesses of SM Corpz.

- Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn.

- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).

- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Ability to think creatively and innovatively.

- Budget-management skills and proficiency.

- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.

- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
