Job Roles and Duties :
- Training and coaching financial advisors
- Assessing the team members' performance
- Visit the assigned location as and when required
- Understanding the needs and requirements of customers in the assigned region
- Presenting to the customer about the product and services offered by the organization
- Meeting the company's expectations
- Taking feedback from the customers on a timely basis.
- Maintaining a healthy relationship with the customers
Desired Candidates Profiles :
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Minimum 2 to 5 Years of experience in Sales and Marketing of any domain
Age : 24 to 45 Years
- Present excellent sales skills
- Strong organization and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Powerful negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required
