Duties :

- You will have a key role in preparing and tailoring clear, concise, and engaging material that not only responds to the needs of our clients but the internal needs of the company. This material will include decks or presentations for the sales staff, perform research on prospects, competitors or customers.

- You will be responsible for leading and coordinating Proposal responses, and preparing Statements of Work.

- To support the sales team you will also schedule meetings, take meeting minutes and ensure action items are followed in support of closing business.

Must Have :

- Experience in cloud or similar industry

Background/Skills :

- A relevant bachelor's degree, preferably in communications, journalism, literature, or similar

- A minimum of 5 years of experience preparing and proposals, sales materials and contracts for clients

- Experience interpreting and analyzing complex Requests for Proposals and structuring and editing content to respond to client requirements

- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once

- Strong document management skills in MS Word and PowerPoint, including the ability to coordinate with others to produce appealing and compelling proposals

- Proven ability to operate within a team-oriented environment.

- Demonstrated commitment, teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting

- High energy level, focus and ability to work well in demanding client environments.
