Senior Executive/Manager - Business Development - Chemical/Hygiene & Cleaning Products (5-8 yrs)

JOB SPECIFICATION - Sr.Executive / Manager - Chemical, Hygiene, Cleaning Products.

This is an urgent position and is responsible for sales and development of multiple large strategic accounts. The position will be based from Jammu or our head office in Srinagar, J&K. This position reports directly to the Director of Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of the sales process within the region.

- Hire and manage a team of 05 team members for a region.

- Ongoing evaluation of the marketplace, partnership, and competition.

- Development of strategic and tactical plans for growth.

- Prepare and present informative and effective sales presentations multiple times weekly.

- Hands on classroom style training of chemical dispensers and applications.

- Train DSR's on dispensed chemical sales strategies.

- Work with Customer Service to follow up and clearly communicate needs of the customer.

- Inform customer of new products, services and changes within industry.

- Attend trade shows and participate in education and training conferences.

- Prepare and submit requested administrative reports.

- Coordinate and assist in leading sales meetings to include idea generation for increasing sales.

Candidate Experience and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline required

- Experience in the chemical and/or janitorial and sanitation industry is preferred

- 5+ years of professional sales management experience with demonstrated success at account development, channel partner management, and customer relationship development

- Ability to be flexible in a dynamic market which will include long sales cycles

- Ability to fit into both chemical culture and the culture of the target account

- Ability to work with many levels of customers and treat all with respect

Experience with CRM systems, like salesforce.com

Essential Functions:

- Willingness and ability to travel 60%-80%

- Ability to pass a background check (including previous employment, education verification, criminal convictions, etc.)

- Ability to effectively and clearly communicate
