- Our client is a call management solutions company, which helps small to mid-sized businesses use its virtual call center to manage customer calls and queries. It is an AI and cloud-based call operating facility that is affordable as well as feature-optimized. The advanced features offered like call recording, IVR, toll-free numbers, call tracking, etc are based on automation and enhances the call handling quality and process, for each client as per their requirements. They service over 6,000 business clients including large accounts like Flipkart and Uber.

- Currently operating in major cities, the startup is focused on increasing its reach in tier 2 and 3 cities and towns, which are largely untapped markets. They also have their operations set up across South Asia, Middle East, and Latin America. Led by a visionary founder, whose experience covers business, technology, sales, and operations, the team is built on trust, motivation, learning, and improvement.

As a Senior Executive International Sales, you will be selling company's key products to small & medium-sized businesses.

Work shift: Day shift, Permanent WFH, should have a personal laptop & Mobile(Android) SIM will be provided

What you will do :

- Understanding the requirements of customers and gathering information and consulting him with the best possible solutions for his/ her requirements.

- Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain.

- Promoting the company's products/ services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.

- Maintaining sales pipeline and taking thorough follow up with clients in order to ensure monthly targets.

- Working with the top salespeople of the SaaS industry

- Convincing the client mostly through calls, emails, SMS and chats.

- Understanding the market scenarios and giving the analytical feedback to his/ her reporting manager.

- Ensuring his/ her monthly targets by achieving daily and weekly activity milestones

What you need to have :

- 3 Yrs of sales experience in software/ IT/ Internet sales.

- Should have excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Should have time management and planning skills.

- Passionate, independent and ambitious sales professional with good communication skills and confidence.

- Should have good negotiation & customer prospecting skills

- Should be a good listener and able to handle the customer's queries smartly.

- S/ He should be open to learn and unlearn on the basis of the situational demand.
