One of our client India's leading educational platform & Education market place which provides a complete solution for online preparation offering education seekers a platform to choose and enroll from courses in degree, diploma, certificate, entrance coaching and primary school education categories. It is focused on bridging the gap between industry & academia by offering certified industry-endorsed courses in Financial Services, Business Analysis, Business Analytics through classroom and online programs.

It has delivery centers pan India in all the major Tier-1/ Tier 2 cities

We are looking for Sr Executive (Inside sales)- Edutech for Hyderabad location.

Role Overview :

- Generate revenue by structured counselling sessions to prospects and converting them to paid enrolment and advise student/ parents for their learning needs through effective online demos.

- Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources

- Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.

- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients

- Presenting and delivering information to potential clients

- Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions

- Working with sales team when closing sale

- Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics

- Diligently communicating and priming the lead through channels like email, Whatsapp, SMS, calls etc.

- Take prospect from initial contact phase to qualified phase over the phone Present product solutions virtually.

- Regular follow up with new and existing customers.

- Well versed in objection handling and managing different situations during the call.

- Willingness to be measured by weekly and monthly metrics

- Achieving the weekly targets in a high pressure performance driven competitive environment.

- Result driven with experience of extremely target centric job preferably from education industry / B2C background.

- Confident and persevering risk-taker who thrives in a high-performance high-growth environment- Self-learners with high grasping ability.

- Must be comfortable in different working shifts

- Should have android mobile, Laptop and good Internet connectivity.

Skill and Competencies :

- Excellent verbal communication, telephone etiquette, fluency in English and the regional language, selling and telemarketing skills, persuasive skills, listening skills

- Good computer & internet knowledge

Education and Experience :

-Graduate with 1-5 years experience in Inside sales in education/ edutech set up
