Urgent hiring for Senior Field Sales Executive


Job Description :

- Deep Knowledge Of FasTag & Smart City solutions. AIS140 Vehicle Tracking Systems (IOT & Transportation Sector)

- Business acumen and marketing skills for presenting and Selling GPS, VTS, VEHICLE locations TRACKING Devices propositions to Dealers, Agents, Associations and Organisations, Logistics Companies and Transporters in their state. Ensuring rules and regulations of Reserve Bank of India.including Latest Circulars and Notifications, Government Officials.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Managing Relations with key Clients, Agents and Dealers.

- Meetings Business targets in terms of onboarding Point of Sale(POS) and selling of FasTag.

- Meetings Business targets in terms of Selling AIS140 Devices, Basic GPS device, (B2B) Sales.

- Enrolment of New Agencies, Dealers, Stockiest in the State.

- Excellent Relationships Management Skills.

- P & L Responsibilities For FasTag Business to deliver targeted growth & attain targeted revenue.

- Analysing the tends on FasTag Business and work towards driving potential business.

- Analysing the trends and competitive markets of (AIS140) and generating Sales

- Expedite the resolutions of customer problems and Complaints to Maximize Satisfaction.

- Ensuring the escalations handled and closed in TAT By the Team and Self

- Effective liaising between inter-department.

- Regulatory Agencies like NPCI, NHAI to smooth functioning.

- Regulatory Stakeholders like RTOs and State Government Offices.

- Both GPS & FasTags should Sell in bulks by initiating marketings and Firm Knowledge.

- Sales Strategy, Sales Planning, meeting sales goal must be on effective level

- Preferred Experience in Selling of Vehicle Tracking Systems, Asset Tracker, Speed Limiter, basic GPS device in Auto Ancillary and RFID Technologies.

- Target segment to hit to attain Target sales to onboard POS and Dealers through RTO, Petrol pumps and Corporate CLients.
