Job Responsibilities :

- Coordinating with clients to complete end to end CRM activities

- Ensure high service levels and promptness in handling client issues & complaints

- Developing marketing techniques to drive new clientele

- Maximizing customer lifetime value strategies

- Suggesting new methods to meet customers- needs

- Commercial awareness. A CRM Executive must know his/her target market well and have the ability to create campaigns that grab the attention of customers and solves their problems

- Top quality analytical skills. A big part of your job involves gathering and analysing data to help you understand your customer base and coming up with suggestions for improving the existing strategy

Key Skills: Mandatory:

Excellent communication skills

Industry: Diamond Industry preferred

Gender: Male only

Experience : At least 2 years ( Sales and Marketing background is also ok)

Job Location : BKC, mumbai

Working Days : 6 days - 10am to 6pm (needs to go to office)

Qualification : Graduate, MBA will be added advantage

CTC : 3 LPA plus incentives

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days
