Uni Cards is a new age fintech company with a mission to change the way people interact with credit. By reimagining the existing credit products and delivering an unmatched credit experience to millions of Indians, Uni is disrupting how the traditional credit card products work.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Must be a graduate and above from a recognized university.
- Minimum 6 months to 1Yrs experience of Inside Sales
- Fluent in English & Hindi Communication (mandatory).
- Knowledge of any other regional language is a plus.
- Work from the office.
- People with Sales exp in FOS, Front Desk, Kiosk are not eligible for this.
- Preference will be given to Fintech, EdTech, Healthcare, Banking, Insurance Sales, Product based Sales will be preferred.
- Experience in Cold Calling will have an added advantage.
Interview Process :
1st Round - Test gorilla test (Need to clear before the drive)
2nd Round - Quality Round - Evaluation of Communication skills (English and Hindi both)
3rd Round - Ops Round (Evaluation of Sales effectiveness and thinking)
Final Round - Cultural Fitment Round
