Primary Role Description : 

- This positions will be responsible to run the business through agents or Dealers.

- Make Agents from Market Train & Motivate them to sell the Motor Insurance Product.

- Run Business Through Dealers.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Recruiting, Training, Engaging, Motivating and making agents & Dealers confident about this business.

- Conducting various activities in recruiting & developing your team.

- Overachieving assigned targets w.r.t teammates.

Key Requirements - Education & Certificates

Graduate / Post Graduate.

Proven track record in academics and sales/job.

Key Requirements : 

Experience &Skills : 

- Having 1 Year experience in sales - preferably from Insurance, NBFC, Banking, Financial Services. Should have proven track record in terms of promotion within organization.

- Not changing jobs frequently, Stability is there or not.

- He should be well aware about location we are hiring for.

- Good Communication skills.

- Age - 32 or below.

- Willing to work with Non-Health Insurance, have basic understanding on how to Non-Health Motor insurance.

Key Functional Competencies :

He should be working in that Location from at least 3 years, well versed with that market and should have good knowledge of Insurance Industry. Preferable if born & brought up.
