Senior Executive - Digital Marketing (2-4 yrs)
Job description :
- In this role, you should be well-versed in principles of search engine marketing (SEM) including search engine optimization (SEO.) You should also be very good in Google & Web analytic, good with numbers & should know how to make sense with the data for future campaign & optimisation. Your goal will be to ensure our online marketing efforts have the highest possible return on investment (ROI).
- We expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies, PPC and Google Analytics trends.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Participate in forming effective paid search strategies
- Launch and optimize various PPC campaigns
- Oversee accounts on search platforms (e.g. Google AdWords, Bing)
- Be involved in keyword selection and audience targeting
- Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI
- Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues
- Produce reports for management (e.g. dashboards)
- Write attractive and concise copy for adverts
- Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels
- Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors
- Find ways to reduce the risk of click fraud
- Keep abreast of PPC and SEM trends
- Come up with new strategies that are aligned with the client's business goals & objective.
Required Experience and Qualifications :
You need to have a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Proven experience with PPC
- Experience in data analysis, content management and reporting
- Knowledge of SEO, online marketing channels, keyword research, Google Analytics, Facebook, and digital marketing concepts
- Familiarity with multiple platforms (e.g. AdWords, Facebook, Yahoo, web design) is preferred
- Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Web Trends etc.)
- Understanding of HTML and XML is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel)
- Excellent communication & copywriting skills
- Analytical thinking with strong math skills
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Capacity to prioritize and work on multiple projects
- MBA in Marketing
- Experience in working with the team, to set the work done.
- Solution-driven & passion for Digital Marketing.
- Digital Marketing fundamentals & other related courses.
- Google Ads, Certification required.
- Google fundamental, Search & Display compulsory.
- Languages: English & Hindi compulsory.
