Senior Executive - Digital Marketing (1-4 yrs)

We are looking for a Sr. Digital Marketing Executive to help us to drive visibility and ultimately a high-converting sales funnel by building right media mix. This role is responsible for developing and executing our performance marketing strategy to support our goals. We're building a unique platform where talented engineers meet the right opportunities. We are looking for someone who is excited to explore and experiment with smart channel distribution strategy and other tactics to drive high conversions.

Responsibilities :
 
- Lead the overall media strategy around our client and talent acquisition goals

- Continuously analyze customer and market needs to help us drive a roadmap for high conversions

- Own a significant slice of the overall Framework marketing budget for running performance marketing campaigns

- Work with other marketing team members to define metrics, build analytics, run A/B tests, and optimize the overall campaigns regularly.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, computer science or another technical fields

- 3+ years of experience with performance marketing across social media, email, search, and display advertising

- A desire and ability to wear to continuously optimize the strategy and keep improving

- Enthusiasm to start fresh with a clean sheet of paper, bringing new thinking in a bold

new category to craft effective and efficient market penetration plans
