Senior Executive - Client Support - Mutual Fund (3-5 yrs)
Responsibility :
- Respond to client queries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and relevant information about mutual fund products.
- Research and resolve issues related to transactions, accounts, statements, NAVs, dividends, tax implications, etc.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, such as fund houses, registrars, banks, and regulatory bodies, to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Track and report client feedback, complaints, and suggestions to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain and update client's records and documentation in compliance with SEBI regulations.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their queries are resolved and their expectations are met.
- Educate and guide customers on the benefits of mutual fund investments and the features of our platform.
- Identify and escalate complex or high-priority issues to the appropriate team or manager.
- Stay updated with the latest market trends, fund performance, and regulatory changes affecting mutual fund investments.
Skills :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and online platforms.
- Knowledge of mutual fund products, services, processes, and policies.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- NISM certification in mutual fund distribution or equivalent.
