Senior Executive - Client Servicing - Events & Retail (1-3 yrs)
Sr. Executive Client Servicing
Job Responsibilities :
- All work has to reflect due diligence, ownership, proper research, inputs in every sphere, fire and pride of working on that project.
- Prepare creative and aesthetically pleasing presentations for pitch proposals
- Write comprehensive minutes of the meetings.
- Maintain trackers, reports for client interaction, and other documents maintained by the department etc.
- Maintain and update weekly project update sheet and other project documents.
- Regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications, face-to-face or virtual meetings.
- Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage project timelines & work with relevant departments, external teams towards project execution & delivery.
- Passion for taking ownership of projects and going the extra mile for delivering a successful project for all stakeholders.
- Research on trends, what's new, ideas & technology that give us an edge
- Coordinating with Vendors and Artists, Hotel, Venues and other Stakeholders involved in Project delivery.
- Manage tasks including workforce planning and coordinating with tech and art-based vendors.
- Ensure timely invoicing and payment collection.
- The Role involves Assisting Account Manager for day to day working on briefs & concepts.
