We are looking out for Sr Executive- Catalogue Mgt for our client office at Thane

Client : Global French MNC

Position : Sr Ex- Catalogue operations

Experience : 3- 6 years of relevant experience in catalogue mgt preferably in e-commerce/ fintech/ digital payment companies ctc

- Help to set up, maintain and frequently update the product database, with the most up to date information and help to reduce the conversion time for products, by providing real time information regarding the products.

The main responsibilities are:

- Merchant Management and Operation Management

- Merchant Creation and Configuration in the internal system.

- Query, Issue resolution and troubleshoot (Merchant/CS/Helpdesk)

- Follow up with affiliation / commercial / finance team for pending docs for creation of merchant in system.

- Provide all the required reports for reconciliation, invoicing, payments, audit.

- Manage Batch Upload for brand and expired vouchers in the system for merchant payment and manage merchant payment notification.

- TX Brands - Manage day to day operational activities, follow up.

- New Range's product description making / images editing.

- T&C Validation for voucher brands

- Manage voucher reversal / Shop upload request from affiliation / Brand/ Helpdesk / IT team.

- Process Request for Product code from CS

- Participate in system Testing for new modules, developments.

- Coordination with APAC for highlighting system issues and bugs and get them fixed.

- Help in the creation of process documentation.

- Manage pricing and cost changes in the system as per requests received from the commercial / affiliation team.

- Routine Catalogue Refresh /Revamp/Hygiene Check the internal and external master catalogs for new and existing brand information.

- SKU Code creation for TX brand as well as 3P brands in Focus & TX system for various typesof products

o Smart Voucher, Super Voucher, Smart choice vouchers, Promotional Vouchers etc.

- Gift Voucher Master Data Collection from affiliation team

- Masking of Brands/Products from catalogues and TX system.

- Effective catalogue management, thus ensuring best sellers at good price points are fully potentialized.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree (or higher) or relevant discipline

- 3-5 years of experience in similar industry

- Good amount of knowledge about digital retail space

- Should understand RnR business alongside extensive knowledge about retail brands.

- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

- Able to manage multiple-task, Workload and priorities.

- Excellent interpersonal communication

- Fluent in English, both written and oral

- Good working knowledge in MS office
