The Job :
Your Responsibilities will include :
- Handle Customer Queries and Complaints via Various Channels.
- Approach and Resolve the Queries and Issues with A Customer-Centric Attitude.
- Offer Exceptional Customer Experience and Delight.
- Adhere to The Set Sla and Tat.
- Achieve a High Customer Satisfaction Score (csat).
- Demonstrate the Right Attitude with The Right Tonality in All Customer Interactions.
- Help to Analyze and Build Processes.
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required :
- Any Bachelor/master Degree.
- Proficient in English and Hindi.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
- Exceptional Communication Skills on Multiple Mediums (chat, Email, Phone).
- A Quick Learner.
- Ability to Multi-Task and Make Decisions Under Pressure and Time Constraints.
- Candidate Should Be Comfortable Working for 6 Days and On Rotational Shift.
- Those Who Have 2-4 Years of Experience in A Similar Role, Can only Apply.
