Responsibilities :

- Market Expansion : You will lead the charge in identifying and engaging potential clients, establishing and nurturing strong relationships, and ultimately expanding our footprint in the domestic recruitment market.

- Strategy Development : Collaborating with the internal teams, you'll develop and execute comprehensive business strategies, leveraging your industry insights to position us for success.

- Client Engagement : You will be the face of our company, interacting with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring that we consistently deliver top-notch services.

- Stay Ahead of the Curve : It's crucial to keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends and competitor movements, providing us with the competitive edge we need to stay ahead.

Requirements :

- Experience : We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years in the Recruitment industry. Your experience should include a proven track record in business development, particularly within startup environments.

- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. You should be able to articulate ideas effectively and build strong relationships with clients.

- Results-Oriented : You are driven by results and have a knack for meeting and exceeding targets. Your performance will play a crucial role in our growth.
